# Publish and share

Make a saved signature template available to employees and manage later changes.

## Check publication requirements

Open the template in **Marketing Portal → Email signatures**. You must be a Space owner or administrator to manage it.

Before publishing, save a valid draft and wait for any save or publication operation to finish. Publishing also requires an eligible signature subscription. If the subscription check is pending or failed, wait or reload as the page instructs. If a plan is required, follow the subscription action shown in the editor.

The portal displays the reason when **Publish saved draft** is unavailable. Fix that reason before trying again.

## Publish the saved draft

Select **Publish saved draft**. Confirm that the status changes to **Published**, then open the employee link shown by the editor.

The current employee URL includes the Space slug and generator slug in this format:

```text
https://dashio.net/{space-slug}/email-sign/{generator-slug}
```

Use the link supplied by your template instead of constructing one from a template name. Share it with the employees who should use that signature. Anyone with the link can view its published company configuration.

## Update an existing signature

Edit the template, check the preview, and select **Save draft**. Employees continue seeing the last published configuration while your new draft is being prepared.

Select **Publish saved draft** when the update is ready. Ask employees to reopen the generator and install the updated signature. Publishing does not automatically replace a signature already installed in Outlook or another mail client.

## Unpublish a template

Select **Unpublish** to stop making the generator available at the employee link. An unpublished or incorrect link shows **Signature generator unavailable**.

Unpublishing does not remove a signature from messages or mail-client settings where an employee has already installed it. Coordinate any required client-side removal with your team.
