Add a billing contact to a Space

Adds a new billing contact email to a Space. Only Space owners or admins may add contacts. Email is normalized to lowercase and must be valid. A maximum of 5 contacts is allowed per space, and duplicate emails are rejected.

POST/api/v1/billing/contacts

The source export uses a local development server. Examples use the configured Dashio API origin.
