Create billing profile for a space

Creates a billing profile for the given space. Requires an authenticated user with role owner or admin in the space. Validates the request payload and creates a Stripe customer plus a billing.customers row.

POST/api/v1/billing/profiles

The source export uses a local development server. Examples use the configured Dashio API origin.
