Generate EasyDMARC SSO URL

Generates a customer single sign-on URL for the domain's active EasyDMARC order. The caller must be authenticated and have owner or admin access to the supplied space. The SSO type is always customer; callers cannot request reseller access.

The source export uses a local development server. Examples use the configured Dashio API origin.
