Create Stripe Checkout session for domain transfer

Creates a one-time payment Stripe Checkout session for transferring domains. The transfer will be initiated after successful payment.

POST/api/v1/billing/checkout/domains/transfers

The source export uses a local development server. Examples use the configured Dashio API origin.
