Restart contact email verification

Restarts email verification for the domain owner contact. Returns a message without restarting verification when the owner contact is missing or already verified. The caller must be authenticated and have owner or admin access to the supplied space when restarting verification.

POST/api/v1/spaces/assets/domains/{domain}/contacts/verify
