Add existing user to Space

Adds an existing user (looked up by email) to a Space with role `member`. Only `owner` or `admin` may invite. Email must be valid, IDs must be UUID strings.

POST/api/v1/spaces/members

The source export uses a local development server. Examples use the configured Dashio API origin.
