Update member role in Space

Updates the role to one of `owner`, `admin`, or `member`. Only `owner` or `admin` may update roles; only an `owner` may assign the `owner` role. Admins may update members but cannot modify admin/owner memberships. Ownership transfer is explicit and keeps exactly one owner. IDs must be UUID strings.
