Add ticket attachment

Records a metadata row for an existing file in storage and associates it with the specified ticket.

POST/api/v1/support/tickets/{ticket_id}/attachments

The source export uses a local development server. Examples use the configured Dashio API origin.

The export references authentication schemes without supplying their definitions.
